Hyena

Hyena generally belongs from the family Hyaenidae. It is an Mammalian family of order  Carnivora. Heyna generally found in Africa and Asia. Hyena can be divided in four species such as Striped Hyena and brown Hyena,( Hyaena geneus), Spotted Hyena (Crocuta geneus), Aardwolf Hyena (Proteles geneus).

Hippopotamus

Hippopotamus shortly is known as Hippo, is mostly Herbivorous animal in sub-Sharan Africa. It is also known as river horse. Generally Hippos come under the species Hippopotamus amphibius into two parts one is Family Hippopotamidae and the other is Pygmy hippopotamus. It si the third largest land animal comes after Elephant and White Rhinoceros. It is the heaviest extant Artiodactyl animal. Hippo is a semi-aquatic animal, who is habituated with both river and land for living. It is recognized by its barrel-shaped torso, enormous mouth and teeth and also for its tremendous big size.

Horse

Thr horse is an ungulate animal which belongs fro the species Eqqus and also falls under the subspecies equidae. Altough most of them are now domesticated but still there are endangered population of Przewalski horses which are still considered as Wild horse. It becomes adult from the age of five and lasts upto 25 to 30 years.

Zebra

Zebra are indicated specially and well known by their distinctive white and black stripes on body and are African equids.But they have never been domesticated as like their close relatives ass, horse. Zebra can be classified into three species, Plain zebra, Gravy zebra, Mountain zebra. The Plain zebra and the Mountain Zebra belongs from subspecies Hippotigris where the other one, Gravy zebra belongs from Dolichohippus. The term Zebra comes from Partuguese word Zevra which means 'wild Ass'.

Giraffe

The Giraffe is an African Even-Toed Ungulate Mammel, its scientific name is Giraffa Campelopardails. It is the tallest animal among the land living animals species, The average weight of a male giraffe is 1,200 kilograms (2,600 lb)while for a female it is 830 kilograms (1,800 lb). Giraffe is generally 4.3 metres (14 ft) to 5.2 metres (17 ft) tall, but the tallest male was 6 metres (20 ft)in recored. It falls under family of Giraffdae and the Okapi is its closest relative. It is found usually from Chad in Central Africa to South Africa.

Black Rhinoceros

Black Rhinoceros are divided into four sub species and the are South Central Rhino, South Western Rhino, East African and West African Rhino. Rhinos have a big mouth for grazing. Rhinos are the second largest animal in the world after elephant. A black rhino is 140–170 cm (55–67 in) high at the shoulder and is 3.3–3.6 m (11–12 ft) in length. They are 800 to 1,400 kg (1,800 to 3,100 lb) in weight. Some Rhinos have two horns while some have only one. Here has given some pictures of Rhinoceros that you will enjoy to see.
